Your responsibilities

• Preparing the necessary inputs in bill generation
• Handling the generation and validation of MPower and Vantage Energy Electric bills
• Providing analysis and resolution to any problems encountered during the whole process of bill generation
• Coordinating with Power Billing Head and system developer for issues in bill generation that need discussion
• Addressing customer concerns, requests, inquiries handling; billing orientation; and, load check in customer facilities
• Recommending projects that will improve efficiency and productivity in the team

About you

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering
• Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
• Preferably with knowledge and understanding of the power industry
• Excellent business communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Willing to work onsite (Pasig City)
