Your role & responsibilities

The Talent Management Associate designs and implements the talent management programs of the company as aligned with the overall talent management and succession planning policy.

  • Leads the talent profiling initiatives to assess and identify key talents for leadership roles and other critical positions in the company
  • Designs and implements organization-wide, talent management programs (e.g. talent retention and development initiatives) in support of the company’s strategic objectives
  • Proactively works with internal clients, HR centers of excellence (Learning and development, HR Operations, Talent Resourcing, Organization Development), and HR Business Partners in the identification and implementation of interventions to talent management concerns
  • Conducts regular reviews of the talent pool and implementation of development interventions for key talents
  • Supports and provides inputs to the team’s annual goals and action plan to operationalize strategic HR thrusts
  • Formulates and implements own goals and action plans to facilitate the achievement of team targets
  • Identifies and initiates value-adding programs to strengthen talent management practices in the organization
