Working Hours at Manila Electric Company (Meralco)

It is not strict as long as you finish the output on the said deadline.

The work hours are flexible enough in the sense that you can leave by 03:00 p.m. but overtime is more than allowed. An initial complaint is made by the early 06:00 a.m. start, but figured it was necessary for the everyday operations of the company.

Personally, I found the early morning office hours particularly enjoyable, relishing the opportunity to commence work with the dawn.

The company if very understanding and flexible with its hours, especially if we have school commitments and classes, they are very encouraging to prioritize that work before we dive back to our internship.

When I need to clock out, it is easy for me to do so, and get back to work on the next day.
