Your responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders and senior management reporting & analytics analysts to define business requirements; identify and recommend potential data sources and solutions; and develop customized reports, analyses, and/or data visualizations that answer the problem. 
  • Identify and design data workflow processes that ensure data integrity and accuracy across the entire organization and ensure data is presented in a structured and easy-to-understand manner with actionable insights.
  • Provides research and data-gathering activities to enrich the data set
  • Help provide business insights to uncover growth and expense levers (revenue and cost), identify, evaluate, and size opportunities to improve business value.
  • Manage assigned projects and support activities of the team. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in project completion and work cooperatively with all internal and external contacts. 
  • Ensure adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies
  • Attends weekly updates to business sponsor, leadership, and other stakeholders to include a high-level overview of project progress, risks, and issues

About you

  • Degree in finance, business administration, math, statistics, economics and other quantitative discipline with strong business and finance background
  • Working experience in Advanced Excel spreadsheet and VBA skills
  • Preferably has exposure or has used Power BI or Tableau
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders including mid-level managers 
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas and results to diverse business and technical audiences
  • Curious, highly motivated self-starter who is adept at problem solving and comfortable with learning new analytical skills
  • A high degree of organizational skills, the ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands, and the ability to complete tasks under strict timelines is required
  • Ability to work across multiple departments
  • Self-motivated person with a positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently and on teams
  • Flexible and self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
