Your role

• Follow-up contact: contact Borrowers/Insurance brokers/Correspondents via telephone to collect up-to-date insurance policies and/or address inadequate coverage and lapses of insurance coverage.
• Contact borrowers for proof of tax payment.
• Statement creation: Perform Client Authentications.
• Create requested statements following established procedures.
• Cashiering: Monitoring and reconciling bank accounts.
• Accurate and timely transfer of cash between operational bank accounts.
• Others: Perform peer quality assurance review. 
• Could handle projects that will allow efficiency savings for Mortgage Servicing Team
