Maxim was established in April 1983 by a group of ten coworkers. By 1993, Maxim had introduced over 600 new chips and was selling its products to more than 10,000 customers around the world. Your role

• Design, code, and test software that will integrate/interface various systems and applications to the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and/or to other manufacturing applications.
• Provide support (troubleshooting, bug fixing, consulting, periodic maintenance) to deployed systems.
• Provide 2nd level support to application end-users during office hours and even during off-hours and weekends in cases of emergencies.
• Follow the team-mandated SDLC process.
• Primary owner of small-sized applications in terms of lines of code, user base, frequency of enhancements, and frequency of support.
• Responsible for making small to medium-sized system enhancements.
• Ensure that the company’s commitment to environmental management, health, and safety is observed and performed.
• Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies.

About you

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Fresh graduates with above-average rage academic standiOJT's OJT work experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Experience in XML, XSLT, web serv, ices, and other web technologies
• Experience in using SQL on a widely used database platform (eg. Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL)
• Experience in either Java, .NET, PHP, or other programming languages required by the team
• Experience in developing under Windows and UNIX
