Sometimes it feels like I don't get paid enough for what I do, yet sometimes it feels just right.

It is reasonable.

I would consider my pay below industry average for my role. Bonuses are few and far in between.

Generally I think the company's basic compensation is lower compared to some companies in the same industry but there are bonuses and incentives to be earned.

Vouchers to shops or delivery apps, and sometimes the company rents out an entire cinema for "Movie Day."

For in office employees, we have free ice cream, free coffee and milo daily, free meal, and we do multiple events in a year (except when covid started where we needed to lessen in person events).
