MIESCOR is Meralco’s most reliable service provider in electro-mechanical works, engineering, distribution, and technical services. It also handles telecommunication projects for its affiliates and third parties for Meralco.

Your role

A five-month onboarding program designed to develop high-potential engineers who went through an extensive selection and hiring process. These engineers, who are deemed to be the next generation engineering professionals and leaders of MIESCOR shall be equipped with expertise to help them live up to the challenge.

Training & development

Prioritizing their team's growth, they are dedicated to implementing tailored learning and development strategies, providing assistance aligned with the unique needs of each team member. The MIESCOR Power Builders is a 5-month accelerated competency enhancement program designed to develop the cadets to become the next generation professionals and leaders of the organization. In MIESCOR the cadets will see the end-to-end functions of each discipline, which will allow for an even more accelerated development.

About you

  • Licensed Electrical Engineers, ECE, and Civil Engineers
  • Preferably part of the upper 10% of the graduating class or 80% & above GWA.
  • Board exam rating of 80% and above.
  • With Co-curricular activities/ achievements.
  • Must be willing to report on-site daily to their office in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
