Right of Way Associates (Project-Based) null

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting DPWH with the preparation of pertinent documents for right-of-way acquisition
• Coordination with various government agencies to ensure that necessary government documents are secured.
• Filing, receiving and updating government-related documents such as Land titles, Tax Declarations, BIR Zonal Valuation and other documents as may be needed.
• Ensuring that documents on file are updated and correct.
• Maintaining and updating the existing database, and if necessary, improving the database.
• Store, and catalogue all documents for easy and timely retrieval.
• Maintaining the integrity of working documents, tracking, and updating the same when revised.
• Maintain a system for storage and retrieval.
• She/He will also be responsible for other tasks assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
• Required skill(s): MS Office. Knowledge of AutoCad and Costing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Administrative and clerical work experience is an advantage.
