Read more- Provide standard care to all patients of the program
- Make outbound calls to monitor and improve patient health
- Attend to the needs of the patients, including but not limited to:
- Explaining program mechanics and benefits
- Assisting patients with their enrollment
- Responding promptly to program inquiries and transactions received via email, SMS, and call
- Escalating difficult questions or complaints
- Booking laboratory test appointments and follow-up consultations
- Conducting regular follow-ups with patients
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to accommodate patient requests (e.g. medicine deliveries, teleconsult schedules)
- Maintain accurate patient records to be submitted to all concerned departments
- Identify and investigate issues through data collection and interviews
- Attend to all scheduled tasks within the agreed timelines
