Job Summary

The L&PD Intern will support key initiatives to enhance learner engagement and program effectiveness. This role offers hands-on experience in the training cycle, from program design, execution and evaluation. The intern will contribute to projects aimed at improving learning outcomes while gaining practical experience in corporate L&PD.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Program Support and Logistics

  • Prepare materials and assist with setup for in-person and online training sessions
  • Provide on-site and virtual support during program execution
  • Coordinate schedules and communications with trainers and participants
  • Create and distribute promotional and learning materials for L&PD-led programs

2. Data Management and Analysis

  • Monitor training attendance, feedback forms, and learner progress in LMS
  • Process and analyze data to create summarized reports and identify trends
  • Contribute to regular reports on training activities and outcomes

3. Research and Program Improvement

  • Conduct research on industry best practices for learning outcomes and effectiveness
  • Analyze follow-through strategies and compile findings into structured reports
  • Assist in developing methods to measure training effectiveness
  • Create follow-up materials to reinforce learning
  • Contribute to program improvement based on feedback and research findings

4. Technology and Systems Support

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the learning management system
  • Support implementation of digital learning solutions

5. Adhoc projects and collaboration

  • Participate in special projects assigned by the L&D team
  • Support cross-team initiatives within the People & Culture department

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work area: Sta. Rosa-based
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Science, Behavioral
  • Science, Management or any equivalent courses
  • Basic/working knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Canva
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive
  • Can commit to the internship program for at least 3 months on a hybrid set-up (on-site reporting to MNC Sta. Rosa when required

About you

  • College Undergraduates who are currently on their 3rd and 4th-year level.
  • Willing to undergo 3 months to 5 months internship.
  • Must be willing to be assigned to Pasig or Laguna
