We are Monroe Consulting Group, an executive-level recruitment specialist boasting a network of offices in the Philippines, The Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, China, Vietnam, Chile and Mexico. We are part of the Empresaria Group (www.empresaria.com), a company with over 150 offices in over 20 countries. As part of our internship program, we are currently open to receiving interns to work and learn together with us for a period of 2 or 3 months, depending on the intern.

The main objectives of the internship position with Monroe Consulting Group are:

• To expand your understanding and knowledge of recruitment services for multinational companies.
• To apply some of the concepts you’ve learned at University to a real-world setting.
• To develop new skills or to refine your existing skills, both technical skills and soft skills.
• To explore and test a possible career choice.

Job responsibilities:

• You will support your team in creating and managing Talent Pools and Distribution lists of Candidates and Clients.
• You will support the recruitment consultants in head-hunting candidates for our prestigious client base (multinationals and large Philippines companies).
• You will Source and when necessary Qualify candidates and expand the internal Database of Senior professionals.
• You will support the recruitment consultants in the recruitment processes under the guidance of senior consultants or team lead
• You will be given the chance to build business relationships with candidates whilst supporting the recruitment consultants in their daily task.
• You will be joining one Specialized Division and developing your Industry Knowledge while playing a supporting role to the recruitment consultants.
• You will participate in supporting additional tasks related to Business Development, Marketing and Admin when necessary.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent in English, both oral and written, is a MUST
• A positive can-do attitude with a high level of energy and ambition
• Self-confident
• Good communication skills
• A strong interest in people
• Have a strong passion in learning new things, and gaining new knowledge
• Can work independently, or as part of an energetic, exciting team of like-minded individuals
