Job Overview

Motortrade Nationwide Corporation (MNC) is the leading multi-brand motorcycle dealer in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Encodes company payables and ensures the validity of all attached documents before payment
• Conducts printing of pre-check register in the system before printing of checks
• Handles on-time printing of checks for company payables to suppliers, revolving funds (PCF), utility bills, cash advances, etc.
• Forwards all printed checks to the treasury staff to be signed by the signatories
• Monitors and checks bank statements of branches including their transactions before forwarding it to the concerned branch
• Prepares endorsement letter to the bank regarding any changes in the bank account of the branches including signatories
• Checks and monitors branch passbook balances
• Updates and monitors checkbook properly
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Accountancy and Finance related course
• Must be hardworking and dedicated
• Willing to be assigned to Mandaluyong
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
