Your role

Position Overview:

As a member of the team, the candidate will be responsible for assisting in targeted process improvement initiatives for Managed Services Operations and in automating daily operational tasks. Managed Services Operations Intern will also work with product developers and telemetry teams.

Your key responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should therefore be attracted to work in a global team and have acquired strong technical skills with a basic knowledge of financial risk management methods. The candidate should also be productive and creative with an ability to thrive in a global organization.

  • To create scripts or simple applications that can automate and minimize manual intervention on Operational tasks.
  • To update existing scripts and identify improvements in file management and process monitoring.
  • To work with internal teams for process improvement initiatives for Managed Services Operations.

About you

Desired qualifications:

  • Must be taking a bachelor’s degree with a focus in Finance, IT, or engineering.
  • Must be willing to participate in an internship program with a duration of 3-5 months starting on June 3, 2024

Specific knowledge and skills:

  • Course: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other Programming course with exposure to Python, Linux, and batch scripting.
  • Additional: Knowledge or experience in Data Analytics and Power BI.
  • Skills: Proficient in Excel; Excellent comprehension and analytical skills
  • Experience with XML, Autosys, and Airflow is an advantage.

Desired experience:

  • Must have experience in creating scripts and data analysis.
