Your role

Position Overview

The team function supports a significant percentage of the firm's revenue by providing the daily production of timely, complete, relevant, and accurate reference data on over 10 million financial instruments and corporate actions data covering exchange-traded and over-the-counter (where applicable) products globally.

Your key responsibilities:

• To automate extraction and filtering of data from the vendor portal.
• To regularly update the Vendor-Driven Changes Masterfile and summarize key points.
• To build a real-time dashboard showcasing vendor changes' status and the team’s progress.
• To compare current QA checks against vendors, confirm relevance to the process, and identify gaps in the logic for improvement.

About you

Desired qualifications:

• Undergraduate students taking Statistics, Math, Engineering, or related degrees.
• Must be willing to participate in an internship program with a duration of 3 months starting on June 3, 2024.

Desired experience:

• Technical background with exposure to automation, logic-based enhancements, Power BI dashboards, and presentation of data.

Specific knowledge and skills:

• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Excellent comprehension and analytical skills.
