Your role

As a Client Service Delivery Analyst, you will provide client services and support for the Nasdaq Market Platforms product and service offerings. This includes handling inquiries from users globally, providing application support, and caring for service delivery.

What you will be doing?

  • Support clients day-to-day in Software as a Service (SaaS) service.
  • Help clients with the reported issues and requests, handle incident management.
  • Assist with coordinating the needs and crafting solutions for clients in collaboration with internal/external teams and vendors.
  • Represent the client’s needs in the prioritization of business and system requirements.
  • Improve current support model, processes, knowledge base articles.

About you

To apply for the role, you must have the following qualifications & skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree qualified in Financial Markets/Economics/Business/Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • New graduates with related educational background and internship experience will be considered.
  • A few years of experience in a similar product or service support role - would be considered an advantage.
  • Good understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
  • Ability to efficiently use tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office.
  • Good understanding of service-level metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of business design analysis, project management, and agile framework.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Superb attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking and natural curiosity (a self-learner).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Amenable to work on mid shift.
