As a Senior Client Experience Analyst, you will provide Nasdaq clients with the best possible service in relation to account service requests, platform inquires and renewal billing operations. You will ensure that good client relations are maintained, and inbound client inquiries are correctly resolved in a timely manner, in accordance with the consumer laws. Along with this, you can expect to develop organization-wide initiatives to streamline the client experience in relation to client account administration and renewal billing initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Perform customer support of account administration, renewal billing inquiries, service requests, and
  • Monitor a Nasdaq client service case queue to provide prompt client responses
  • Administer and maintain client data systems and security of operating systems
  • Create and track renewal opportunities/tasks
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure renewals are processed timely and accurately
  • Process info security, DDQ, and RFP/RFI requests
  • Complete renewal data requests such as user and/or user lists

What We Expect

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Management is highly preferred
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar organization
  • Previous experience in Salesforce for case management
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Good understanding of financial services
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Amenable to working night shift (US Eastern Time) schedule
