EDUCATION and/or WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• College graduate, preferably Human Resource Management, master’s degree is an advantage
• The position requires at least 1 year experience in Job evaluation and analysis, Promotion, and/or Performance management
• The position requires high level of compliance, supervision and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders and customers 
• Guides other employees with regards to their Performance and Job function
• Can deal with highly confidential matters
