Your role

As a GBS Finance Intern, you have the following responsibilities:

• Provide support on supplier invoice verification.
• Perform scanning of supplier invoice, official receipts, and signed 2307 and attach to the system.
• Assist in filling out accounting documents.
• Assist with reconciliations
• Provide support in the cleaning of external supplier invoices.
• Provide supporting documents for bank reconciliation and follow-up.
• Other duties assigned by the Manager.
• Assist in the collation and merging of timesheets for invoices.
• Assist in uploading of timesheets.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information, adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Take the initiative to learn about different areas of finance, ask questions, and seek opportunities for growth and development.
