Your role

• Assist in doing email and call Qualitative Analysis with our partner outsource agency.
• Help maintain a repository of knowledge bases both on the CRM platform as well as internal documentation.
• Gain unique insights into how thousands of businesses on PayMongo work.
• Learn how PayMongo operates and make a real impact.

About you

• Interest in Process Improvement: Candidates should have a strong interest in process improvement and TQM concepts; an advantage for those studying Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Detail-Oriented: Must be detail-oriented and capable of producing quality work within set deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Teaching Ability: Should be able to simplify complex ideas and explain them clearly.
• Empathy and Patience: Ability to empathize with various business stakeholders and remain calm under pressure.
• Eagerness to Learn: A strong interest in learning about world-class customer support practices is required.
• Growth Mindset: Candidates should embody a growth mindset and seek continuous learning opportunities regarding products, industry, and customers.
