Your role

The Recruitment and Onboarding Assistant is responsible for providing general support by means of interview scheduling, contract and offer creation, and other established administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be expected to undergo regular training and cross-skilling opportunities on the different processes dealing with recruitment support and onboarding.

• Customer Service Skills - preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment

• Ability to learn and master simple processes
• Adaptability to process updates/changes
• Adherence to confidentiality and nondisclosure requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Zero to 12 months of experience in an HRSS environment
