Career progression

As an Intern at RCBC, you’ll gain firsthand experience in branch sales and contribute by strategizing on account acquisition, prospecting, and account deepening to achieve the sales goals and targets of the Business Center. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll attain an officer position.

• 3rd or 4th year students enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree.
• High academic performance.
• Show strong potential in Sales (Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Small & Medium Enterprise Banking, Global Transaction) or Digital. Technology (Computer Science, Information Technology, or Data Science)
