Reckitt Philippines started as the regional office for the British multinational consumer health and hygiene company. In 2017, Reckitt Benckiser Group completed the acquisition of Mead Johnson Nutrition Company.

Your role

You’ll make sure every consumer interaction with them is great. You’ll ensure they put customers first, test concepts faster, validate models quicker, and accelerate their business. You’ll structure their product portfolio for maximum effect. You’ll optimize every consumer touch point – product page, pricing, and packaging. You’ll grow the direct-to-consumer business and adapt existing models and brands online.  Essentially, you’ll disrupt, create and challenge until you find smarter ways to engage their consumers.

Training, development & rotations

Reckitt Philippines hires fresh grads for its graduate training program. For instance, the Reckitt PH Formula 1’s 2021 Commercial Graduate Trainee Program involves 18 months of intensive training.

Graduate trainees participate in several job rotations including stints in e-commerce, marketing, and sales. They also manage real projects while being mentored by senior employees.

The company said that it promotes graduates immediately after finishing the program. Reckitt Philippines may offer international job rotations to qualified employees.
