Your role

• Enabling the smooth running of the business, you will support the forecasting and planning.
• Providing the financial intelligence of the leadership depends on making critical decisions.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting. 
• Collaborate with other finance teams and manage reporting, compliance, and controls projects.

Training, development & rotations

Reckitt Philippines hires fresh grads for its graduate training program. For instance, the Reckitt PH Formula 1’s 2021 Commercial Graduate Trainee Program involves 18 months of intensive training.

Graduate trainees participate in several job rotations including stints in e-commerce, marketing, and sales. They also manage real projects while being mentored by senior employees.

About you

• You have a foundation in Accounting or Financial Analysis. 
• You’ve worked with general ledger and reporting systems. 
• You thrive under pressure and hit tight deadlines.
• You have close attention to detail and an analytic mindset.
• Excellent communicator.
