Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ECE or related field

Experience :

• A minimum of two years’ experience in PC troubleshooting (Hardware and Software)
• A minimum of two years’ experience in Networking, especially Structured Cabling architecture; good grasp of networking/internet concepts
• A minimum of two years’ experience in Windows Operating Systems (98, 2000, ME, Vista, XP, 7, 8, 10 and newer versions), and Linux installation, configuration, and management
• A minimum of two years relevant experience in POS Retail System/Environments

Skills

• Good knowledge of IT hardware such as hubs, switches, routers, servers, and workstations
• Knowledge of basic PABX telephone systems
• Knowledge of Network Switches, Routers, Firewall, and Other Network and Security Related Device/s
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills and ability to learn on the job is a must
• Ability to plan, design, coordinate installation, test, and modify complex systems and subsystems
• Knowledge in current relevant information technology tools and methods including Internet, web page design, networking software and setup
• Knowledge and experience in accounting, inventory, purchasing systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills and ability to learn on the job is a must
