Your role

The position shall ensure efficient and optimum operation of Feed Milling Equipment to meet the demand of customers at the right time and at the least possible cost. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the work area. Ensures all safety devices are functioning during operations. Ensure proper performance of equipment maintenance to upkeep all equipment, ensure accurate operation i.e Conveying, Dosing, Mixing, Pelleting, Cooling, Bagging, to meet Nutritional and Physical Standards of very feed type, minimize Non-Conforming Products and Customer Complaints, ensure daily production target is attained and compliance to all Quality Audits & Internal / External Audits.

About you

• Candidate must be a Licensed Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical or any related Eng'g Course)
• With basic knowledge in equipment operation, feed milling operation, or related manufacturing processess.
• Must have knowledge in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Must be good in oral and written communication.
• Must have demonstrated leadership skills.
• Must be able to act ethically and honestly, with fairness and without consideration for personal gain in all dealing with fellow team members, treats people with respect, keep commitments, inspires the trust of others, upholds organizational values and complies with company's Code of Ethics.
• Must be willing to relocate in Mariveles, Bataan.
• Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule.
