Your role

• Familiar with basic butter & margarine technology.                         
• Working knowledge of pasteurization, IL blending, batching preparation, and clean-in-place activities.          
• Basic knowledge in chilling and filling.                              
• Knowledgeable on GMP, hygiene, and sanitation practices of a food manufacturing set-up.          
• With at least two years experience in batching operation, preferred but not required.          
• With sensitive sensory facilities                                   
• Can work for long hours ( even in standing position ) and in shifting schedule.          
• Satisfactory mathematical  skills                                    
• Can work with minimum supervision.                                                   
•  Honest, responsible, hardworking, team player, quality conscious, dependable, and with initiative.
