Your role & responsibilities

Accountabilities:

• Content Development - You will assemble content into templated material for brand channels such as social media and ensure timely publication of assigned content on relevant internal and external communication channels.
• Project Management - You will provide support in preparing content and administrative materials required to complete communication programs (including, but not limited to social media posting and digital advertising campaigns) You will coordinate with internal resources for content, digital, social, and event needs.
• Metrics and Reporting - You will assemble and present results of campaigns and recurring programs on key messaging channels including but not limited to social media, digital media, and advertising.   You will ensure these are efficiently and effectively shared internally within the organization.
• Content and Collateral - You will build content to communicate messaging and positioning to target audiences through various tools, mediums, or channels, and ensure all-around brand consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).
• Research - You will execute research needs in support of marketing campaigns. You will research industry-related topics to contribute to solid and compelling content. Topics may include salary loans, advances, insurance, savings, financial stress, workplace wellness, employee engagement and employee benefits.
