Your role

This role monitors the inventory variances, sales volume, and cash shortages of various retail stations of the company. The position is responsible for performing accounting adjustments in the system and coordinating the financial data needed in decision-making with other departments.

What will YOU do?

  • Record the sales and inventory of the company for retail stations' financial statements.
  • Coordinate daily with station heads and RTMs regarding updates and the submission of errors encountered for the daily shift reports.
  • Coordinate with the Electronic Funds Transfer Incoming (EFTI) operators or third-party operators that manage the stations for the daily sales transactions to validate if all sales, inventory, and cash are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Perform accounting adjustments and inventory transfers to validate the completeness of transactions in NetSuite. 
  • Facilitate the monthly inventory and receipts reconciliation to fulfill the Management Report requirement.
  • Create reports and interpret daily sales data of retail stations to fulfill the Management Report requirement.
  • Participate in daily and/or weekly meetings where the department is involved as a subject matter expert (SME) for proper recognition of all promotions and projects related to retail stations in the books.
