What is this role about?
This role will provide assistance to the Sourcing Team in ensuring that all assigned sourcing deliverables are accurately performed and executed.
What will YOU do?
- Accurately post assigned job ads across designated sourcing platforms
- Update all relevant sourcing trackers as needed
- Provide assistance in various sourcing events such as job fairs, branding activities, floor walks etc.
- Provide administrative support when reaching out to existing and prospective sourcing partners - PESO, Universities, TESDA, professional organizations
What will YOU need?
- Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Marketing, or other related courses
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing to report on-site at least 3x a week
