Your role

Seaoil is looking for talented fresh graduates to join them as Inventory Coordinator in Sablayan, Philippines.

This position will oversee the efficient operation of the assigned station, including supervising and training station staff while monitoring their performance. Additionally, this role involves managing the station’s product inventory and handling transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the station’s compliance with set company standards
• Facilitating the station’s cash and inventory management
• Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the station’s performance rating
• Performing other tasks necessary to ensure the proper operations of the assigned station

About you

To qualify for the job, you must be:

• A fresh graduate
• Physically fit - willing to work on weekends (half-day, Saturday only) and be assigned in a SEAOIL station
• Willing to be assigned in Sablayan, Mindoro
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to details
• Extremely organized
• Must be willing to report onsite
