Your role

Seaoil Philippines is looking for talented fresh graduates to join them as Station Head in Rodriguez, Rizal.

This role will ensure the proper operation of the assigned station as well as supervise a team of station personnel with regards to training and performance. This person will also be responsible for managing product inventory and transactions of the station.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the station’s compliance with set company standards
• Facilitating the station’s cash and inventory management
• Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the station’s performance rating
• Performing other tasks necessary to ensure the proper operations of the assigned station

About you

To qualify for the job, you must be:

• Open to fresh graduates
• Willing to work in a SEAOIL gas station
• Willing to work on weekends - half day Saturday only
• Willing to be assigned in Rodriguez, Rizal
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to details
• Extremely organized
• Good interpersonal and public relations skills
