Supply Inbound Operations Senior Officer null

Your role

Seaoil is looking for talented fresh graduates to join them as Supply Inbound Operations Senior Officer in their office in Pasig, Philippines.

This role is responsible for avoiding penalties related to demurrage, opportunity loss, and underutilization by timely issuing documentary instructions and discharge orders, overseeing inventory and ullage at discharge ports, managing permits and documentation, arranging berthing schedules and ullage needs, nominating third-party surveyors, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining monitoring and cost analysis records, and ensuring timely processing of payables.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in scheduling a product replenishment for secondary depots. This includes fuels and biofuels 
• Coordinating with involved departments (Terminal Operations, Marine, Sales, Suppliers, etc) for smooth operations to ensure information are well communicated to ensure smooth execution
• Ensuring correctness of the import documentation and on time processing to avoid delays in securing permit to discharge.
• Recording and analyzing import and local operations performance in terms of demurrage, utlization and surveyor performance.
• Performing other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

About you

To qualify for the job, you must be:

• Open to fresh graduates of Industrial Engineering or other related courses
• Background in supply chain management is an advantage 
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely organized and good attention to details
• Creative and good at solving problems
• Must be amenable to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
