Your role

Seaoil is looking for talented fresh graduates to join them as Supply Officer in their office in Pasig, Philippines.

The role is responsible for ensuring the timeliness and continuity of the supply of raw materials and finished products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating and analyzing daily inventory records of all warehouses nationwide to assess inventory levels and determine when replenishments are needed
  • Reviewing requests for lubricants replenishment to determine when and where to source the products requested
  • Preparing the Lubes Transfer Form and coordinating the dispatch schedule for finished products with the warehouse to verify the correctness of the request and timeliness of replenishment
  • Preparing the Lubes Issuance Form and coordinate with Warehouse Officer / Third-party Warehouse, Transport, and EMP officer accordingly to ensure the timely and complete warehouse replenishment
  • Preparing and monitoring purchase requests and purchase orders to ensure that all orders are served by suppliers according to schedule
  • Ensuring leakers are resolved without delay to investigate the potential cause/s of leakers and provide recommendations on how to address the situation accordingly
  • Coordinating and aligning with suppliers and/or warehouse for the product replacement of leakers, and recommend solutions accordingly to determine which party is responsible and how leakers will be dealt with
  • Coordinating with suppliers and the Sales Officer / Manager to inspect and resolve product complaints on schedule
  • Processing payment requests to settle accountabilities within the agreed period by reviewing received invoices

About you

To qualify for the job, you must be:

  • Graduate of a four-year course relating to BS Industrial Engineering, Business Management or related courses
  • Open to fresh graduates of Industrial Engineering
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills
  • Has working knowledge on web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)
