I communicate daily with the business unit on their vacancy needs, schedule exam and interviews for candidates. I interview, make job offer and extend job offers to candidates. I update the candidates on their application status and other queries.

Screening CVs of applicants - contacting them for their availability for a quick initial interview - endorse quali?ed candidates to the SDSM - processing passed candidates for o?er - extend job o?er and assist candidates in their concerns

HIRING FOR CONTINGENT WORKERS SOURCING OF TALENTS ADMIN TASKS RELATED TO RECRUITMENT

As an enterprise architect, day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing multiple projects and providing consultations related to the domain I am assigned to. The role requires heavy decision making especially when a project encounters a roadblock. Other than this, other responsibilities include preparing audit reports, regulatory and compliance reports, building up knowledge base for reference standards and architecture principles.

I process candidates and deal with business units to address manpower requests.

Talent Acquisition Partner. I work with organizations to identify and attract top talent for them to hire.

I was able to get the same role from my previous company. There is a slight difference but overall I also learn some new things and approach on how other IT Architect able to build the current architecture.

I interview 8 candidates per day. Message and call them via viber. Update their scorecard based on the interview. Provide disposition (passed or failed). Endorsed them to Hiring Managers for final interview.

As a part of the recruitment team, I am responsible in conducting interviews, filing of vacancies requested, updating the managers.

Supervision of the head office hiring activities

My daily responsibilities include screening of candidates, interviewing, offers, candidate and stakeholder's management.

I source potential candidates through our job portals, making sure that our talent pool are is healthy. Does branding of the company by sharing relevant ads for engagement and for potential candidates for our vacancies.

I handle accounts as a Learning partner specifically on the training needs of concerned employees. On top of this, I handle communications coming from my department - SBC Academy (Training) + handle different learner engagements of the bank.

It involves daily interviews, sourcing, offer computation and other admin tasks.
