Yes.

I like the fact that I can easily address my concerns with my manager. The fact that she's more than willing to extend help when she feels that you needed one. She always made sure that no one will be left behind. I love how she really handles the team - plus the bonus of her coffee and food meal treats whenever we feel stressed out :D Thank you, Miss Kat, < 3

Im all good with my immediate supervisor (OM) but negative with my Director, he's poor with people management. I think he needs more leadership training more than we do. He doesn't take criticisms well.

They're supportive whenever we need anything, like extra headcount. Alvin was very accommodating, straight to the point and very helpful all the time. WCD training just got transferred to Staci but i think Staci will be the same as Alvin.

Given that most managers keeps the "open door policy", they are all very open to suggestions and they listen to the team. When it comes to them being mentors, I really look up to them for inspiration about my career since my early days in my line of work.
