I was hired through a 3rd party vendor. There were no assessments.

I was informed periodically of next rounds…. TA team kept me warm

First, we have intitial interview conducted by recruitment team followed by panel interview and final interview if necessary.

Interview was okay, assessments were okay. It's the job offer that was disappointing.

Leaders should be able to give ownership to their managers. It would be best to lessen the level of interviews for certain levels.

I took a total of 3 interviews. All with my present leaders.

That was too long ago, but the typical questions like, "why do you want this job", "what is your edge among other applicants", "what can you you contribute on this organization" "how do you see yourself in 5 years with SWH"

Most questions are in relation with what I did with my previous employer and what new things I can share with the team when I get hired.

Research the company beforehand, and check online reviews to see what else the company can offer besides the money

They have to be knowledgeable with their specialization and able to translate their skills into words.

Be honest, make them feel your looking for a long term employment. Growth is your goal.
