Your role

Support in the management and operations of the site office in Cheerful Homes, Mabalacat Pampanga.

• Shall properly review and facilitate e issuance of deviation notices on the submitted reservation sales while adhering to the company policy and procedures.
• Shall receive, check and record all Signed Contract-to-Sell and other documentary requirements for dispatch to Head Office.
• Shall manage the processions-Dated ChecksChecks by evaluating, encoding, warehousing, and checking the return.
• Shall coordinate with the office/unit head for the timely resolution and implementation of various post-sales sales client’s requests and concerns.
• Shall handle the requisition and disbursement of collateral allocation per broker group (for International Admin Offices only)
• Shall assist in the recommendation of sales and marketing opportunities or strategies that t will have sones impact on the company.
• Shall prepare accomplishment report to be submitted to the BMU Supervisor every month.
• Shall monitor and request branch office supplies regularly.
• Shall perform such other functions as may from time to time, be assigned by the Company.

Compensation & benefits

Entry-level employees at SMIC may earn between Php12,000 and Php20,000. Certification and licensure boost a fresh grad’s base salary.

For instance, a SMIC accountant’s average salary is Php16,000 per month versus Php26,000 per month for a Certified Public Accountant. The company’s benefits package includes dental and medical coverage, as well as financial assistance (eg loans).

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree related to Finance Management and/or Customer Relations.
