Your role

• Responsible for manning the reception area, greeting and assisting guests daily, ensuring the organization's reputable representation as front liners, composed of well-rounded individuals with the highest expectations at hand, and knowledgeable of all the building features to render the best customer service. 
• Manages the Concierge desk’s cleanliness and orderliness - including all the equipment and files placed in the area.
• Ensures Concierge files are updated regularly.
• Monitors the endorsement logbook and updates its status, record and resolves the pending issues (including those that may be escalated to the Duty Manager if beyond capacity to resolve) continuously.

Compensation & benefits

Entry-level employees at SMIC may earn between Php12,000 and Php20,000. Certification and licensure boost a fresh grad’s base salary.
