Your role & responsibilities

Job description:

The App Development Intern will be exposed to a professional learning experience that provides practical work related to the student's field of study. You will be supporting the App Development Head covering the following areas:

BA/QA/Tech Support roles:

• Come up with user stories and wireframes for assigned modules.
• Prepare test cases and perform testing.
• Prepare a presentation deck or one-pager slide about the module.
• Help in tech-support tasks.
• Other possible BA/QA/Tech Support tasks.

Software:

• Learn about the tech stack.
• Come up with a design: ERD, API, Sequence diagram, etc.
• Code and deploy.

Training & development

Throughout the reporting year, the company organized over 700 training sessions for employees, conducted by SM subject-matter experts. Consequently, nearly 8,000 employees participated in various training courses such as:
