The organizational structure is flexible since we're a startup. There is more autonomy to try out new ideas and ways of working. Communication is easier and more open since we're a small company.

Teammates are easy to communicate with, we have a weekly catch up meeting which is nice

The company doesn't like to overwork their employees, if unavoidable they compensate to those working beyond office hours. The company promotes teamwork specially on our campaigns. Colleagues are easy to talk to and Supervisors are always open to suggestions.
