Qualifications:
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Proven experience as HR Officer, administrator or other HR position
- Knowledge on HR functions (Recruitment and Training & Development)
- Understanding of HR Ethics and Practices
- Tech Savvy, Analytical and Detail-Oriented
- Experience in Online Reporting
- Excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
- Leadership and Management Skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Work well under pressure
- Strong ethics and reliability
Salary:
- P15,000-P30,000/monthly
