Your role

TalentView is seeking for aspiring students who would like to fill the role of Human Resources Intern in their office in Pasig, Philippines.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Co-facilitating in Assessment and Development Center sessions
• Assisting in gathering data for Benchmarking and Profiling studies
• Providing assistance in giving appropriate solution to clients’ needs
• Administering online assessment to candidates
• Answering queries related to testing administration
• Posting positions to appropriate Internet sources (Indeed and Jobstreet).
• Researching new ways of using the internet for recruitment
• Using social and professional networking sites (LinkedIn and Facebook) to identify and source candidates
• Locating and documenting where to find ideal candidates
• Aiding public relations in establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally
• Reviewing applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
• Conducting prescreening interviews
• Scheduling and generating online assessment results of applicants

About you

To be considered for the role, you must have these qualifications:

• Specializing in Psychology, Human Resources Development Management, and other related courses
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable and willing to be trained in different HR facets: recruitment, organizational development, psychometrics & employer branding.
• Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig.
