Your role & responsibilities

• Process Expenses and Order based Invoices
• Perform 3-way matching and prepare Invoices for approval
• Resolve any Account Payable-related issues
• Do account reconciliation for AP-related accounts
• May support other Robotics Finance activities
• Perform project work as required
• Promote and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Accounts Payable experience is a plus
• High attention to details
• Knowledgeable in using MS Dynamics AX, Medius, SAP Concur
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others in a team environment
• Organized, self-motivated, and resourceful
• Can do flexible working time
