Your role & responsibilities

This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with the ability to book, approve, and invoice sales orders for the Product Support and Interface division.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing customer purchase orders, quotations,s and other related documents using appropriate checklists to ensure SOX compliance.
• Booking and approving related sales orders in the Oracle order entry system using an order approval checklist.
• Creating invoices using the Oracle order entry system.
• Update the entitlement database (Merlin) with appropriate sales orders and invoicing details.
• Maintaining and organizing supporting documentation for all sales orders.
• Supporting Customer-team Support Operations(CSO) commercialization business, in Central Europe by creating an online booking checklist and Merlin agreement entitlement.
• Assisting internal and external auditors with regard to audit reviews of the booking and invoicing processes.
• Work with the internal Tax Dept. to ensure the accuracy of tax against sales orders/invoices.
• Administration and generation of monthly detail report of Per Transaction Labor Bookings by office/manager.
• Create, update, and maintain related standard operating procedures.
