Echo Technician null

Key Operational Activities and Responsibilities:

• Echocardiography technicians involved in creating images of the heart, cardiac chambers, valves, and vessels for the purpose of assessing heart function and diagnosing heart ailments.
• You will be responsible for interviewing the patients and reviewing their medical records so that you may adapt your sonographic techniques as necessity dictates. You provide patient care, such as preparing the patients for the sonographic imaging and providing them with instruction during the echocardiograph so that the images turn out properly. To have a career as a cardiac echo technician, you will be required to learn cardiac terminology to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff. You will also have to learn how to work and operate the cardiac equipment commonly used in hospitals and medical centers. Attention to detail and tolerance for long work days are additional necessary skills.

As part of the job you will be responsible for:

• Performing Preliminary reading of Echo Cases.
• Support the team to meet the SLA for each customer.
• Ensuring successful preliminary reading of Echos with interpretation within the agreed TAT.
• Acts as back up echo technician in case of need for emergencies, surges of cases and business expansion.

Quality and training:

• Work with the QA and training head to ensure the team meets the quality output as per Tricog’s standard and continuous improvement on their skills as echo technicians through proper coaching and actual training.

Business support roles:

• Drive the Echo business within the Philippines .
• Travel as and when needed to nearby regions to drive the Echo business.

Minimum Qualifications:

• College graduate of any 4-year Medical course (BSN, BS MT, BS RadTech)
• Certified Cardiac Sonographer
• Have at least 1 year of supervisory work experience
• Excellent verbal communication and strong writing ability in both English and Filipino
• Professional demeanour and attitude
• Trustworthy, able to respect the confidentiality
• Capable of multitasking; strong time management
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
