Your role

UBS is seeking driven and talented students to apply for their 2025 Off-Cycle Internship Program within the Global Banking business.

You will be joining their Global Banking team in the Philippines, where they specialize in delivering comprehensive coverage, advisory services, capital markets solutions, and financing options to corporate entities, financial institutions, and sponsor clients.

You will be responsible for:

• Evaluating companies and develop models for M&A transactions
• Preparing industry analyses for pitches
• Seeing first-hand how we provide market-leading solutions
• Executing live innovative deals that transform today's corporate landscape

About you

To be considered, you must have these qualifications:

• Will graduate between December 2025 and June 2026, and who has less than two years of work experience
• Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
