Main responsibilities of the role include:

• Assisting with month-end financial reports
• Posting journal entries
• Helping with accounts receivable, payable, and bank statement reconciliation
• Assisting with audits
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts
• Collaborating with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts
• Managing monthly tracking of physical inventory
• Supporting the payment processing team
• Performing credit checks
• Assisting with data entry

About you

Requirements for the job involves the following:

• BS Accountancy Students, Business or Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Aptitude for mathematics
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
