About Unilab
United Laboratories, Inc., commonly known as Unilab, is a pharmaceutical company in the Philippines. It is the manufacturer of healthcare products and medicines that are specially made for Filipinos.
Your role
- Plans order drop and delivery schedule to meet sales objective of customers/channel
- Manages customer orders from generation to fulfillment at the POD level
- Resolves order gaps to facilitate order cash flow
- Oversees reverse logistics process of customer/channel
- Enables process and system improvement between UNILAB and the customer

About you
- Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Communications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With one (1) to two (2) years of work experience in related fields such as customer service, supply chain and logistics, and/or order management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working proficiency in the SAP O2C module is preferred but not required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
