Your role

• Validates compliance with the minimum documentary requirements and benefit entitlement guidelines in processing employee claims and leave applications
• Communicates to employees whenever there are lacking requirements in processing their benefit claims
• Generates employee listing qualified for benefits (employee claims, service awards) and facilitates endorsement for pay-out
• Performs needed coordination work with internal partners for the release of benefits to employees
• Maintains tracking of processed transactions (employee claims, leave applications)
• Performs defined tasks for assigned projects such as the creation of communication materials (employee claims, leave applications), process reviews, etc.

About you

• Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or any related course
• Has basic computer skills and good attention to detail
• Preferably with 1-2 years of related work experience but
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
